Find a career that feels "right" for YOU.
I'm passionate about helping you find a career that feels "right" for YOU. This goes way beyond assessments and career quizzes, although I do use those. It’s really about discovering what lights you up and makes you happy to start each day – even Mondays! We’ll create a plan to get you to where you want to be, giving you the tools to build confidence, calm and connection so you can continue to move forward in a career you love.
Are you ready to finally step onto the path of a purposeful, supported and amazing career? Contact me and let’s chat.
It is tough to know what’s next if you can’t articulate what you want. Getting clear about your purpose allows you to take the right steps toward a future that you will love. With the help of some self-reflection exercises and guided visualizations, you will better be able to articulate what you’re good at, what values are important to you, what lights that fire in your belly. This helps you align with companies that share your values so you only apply for jobs that you really want.
Making any kind of transition can be scary! Fear and anxiety can be overwhelming, resulting in “playing it safe” and staying stuck where you are. You deserve more! Knowing where you would like to go and being more mindful about your choices will guarantee more confidence moving forward.
Although it’s easy to click “submit” on any number of job boards and hope they result in your ideal job, the likelihood of that happening is virtually nonexistent! I’ll help you identify exactly how to leverage and expand your network and use online job boards effectively to find your ideal role. Understanding the interview process also helps boost your confidence, so preparing and practicing your answers to typical questions is time well spent.
It may seem counterintuitive but slowing down will help you notice what is important so you can enjoy it more. Incorporating regular breathing exercises and simple stretches into your day will give you peace of mind, reducing anxiety and stress. You will make better decisions, sleep more soundly, perform better, and be more creative. And you’ll be a lot more attractive to your future employer in this state.
Thank you for your guidance and support during my transition away from my contract job and boosting my confidence with resources, tips, and coaching. Looking back at that time, it was a bold move and not many people in my situation would have done that, but I had great coaching and someone to rely on to help with the transition to find my footing. I am very grateful for that!

Before working with Kim, I was having difficulty connecting with employers because I didn't know the correct way to go about networking. Within three months, I was able to find a temporary job, as well as learn how to effectively network, and leverage connections, in order to find job openings far more efficiently. I became much more comfortable with answering interview questions, have the tools to continue my search for a full time job.
